Hey kids!
My name is Darren Bent. I come from Te Awamutu. I first came up with this style in January 2004 before I had access to the internet I called them 'Magigrapix, magic graffiti pictures'. My first design was New Zealand/Australia. Upon getting a computer I found out that they are called 'Ambigrams'.
